V cevi je obi\u010dajno olje, v na\u0161em modelu pa namesto olja uporabimo kar vodo. Ko s silo pritisnemo na bat manj\u0161e brizge, povzro\u010dimo zvi\u0161anje tlaka v vodi. To zvi\u0161anje tlaka se po vodi prenese na bat ve\u010dje brizge. Na ve\u010dji bat deluje voda z ve\u010djo silo, kot je sila, s katero smo delovali na manj\u0161i bat. S hidravli\u010dnim dvigalom dvignemo avtomobil, s hidravli\u010dnimi zavorami pa ga zaustavimo.
